I wondered if this tickled anyones memory and either could link me to or have a copy of a news story about a charity who ended up having to pay a volunteer backdated wages. The story was basically (in England I believe) a woman was volunteering in an office based role for a charity and realised after a few years everyone around her was paid and she was doing the same (or very very similar) tasks as them. She took them to court and ended up being given backdated wages and benefits.
