Good afternoon to you all. 

I would like to check if there is any support our charity can get in opening bank account? 

We've tried to register with a bank for the past 6 month, but they were asking me to bring this and that every minutes I call for an update is like what they collected already they want it again and I have being on it for too long. I try to call again of recent they are telling me that they have a huge back log and they don't know when they will respond. As I try to check on review I can see that many people are going through the same problem I am having with them.

I did try other banks but for us be a small charity they are not willing to open bank account for us. Although in order to kick start it is important that the account is ready. Maybe because we did not have money to do the necessary things I have tried now for the charity to have a website, fundraising regulation and HM Revenue and Customs place , although some are ready, which some are going to be ready in the next 2 to 3 weeks. We have waited for so long.

Can anyone advise?
