Options for non-signatories representing charity without mandate addition

Does anyone know of any bank accounts where they allow non-signatories to speak on behalf of the charity without being added to bank mandate?
Our trustees don't want finance staff to be on bank mandate and CEO isn't always available to speak to the bank.
Our current bank will only speak to signatories. Any suggestions?
