Hello there,

I'd like to learn what other charities have in place for overtime working, whether you have a policy or guidelines for staff written down?

I realise it can vary hugely what different organisations can offer as recognition of time off in lieu / overtime.

Any experiences welcome and links to template policies much appreciated
