Hi All,
I am seeking some suggestions and feedback on suitable questions for a trustee survey (via Survey Monkey or the like) after each board meeting. I'd welcome your help.
This is what I have come up with:
1. What one thing did we do well to benefit our organisation / beneficiaries?
2. What went well in today’s meeting?
3. What could we do to improve today’s meeting?
4. Were you happy with your personal contribution to today’s meeting?
5. Did anything get in the way of you contributing?
6. Is there anything the Chair could do differently to make the meeting more effective?
7. Is there anything you could do to make the meeting more effective?
8. On a scale of 1-5 (with 5 being excellent) how would you rate the meeting?
