Hi, we're an animal rescue charity based and registered in the UK, rehoming dogs from Turkey. We had charity status on Facebook prior to them altering their rules on 1st Nov '23. Since then I've been trying to get it back.
As far as I can see I have completed everything correctly but I'm having no joy from them. They simply won't respond to emails and messages.
Has anyone had dealings with this? Any advice on how else to contact them other than their contact form is also appreciated. Thank you.
