Aside from votes cast during a videoconference, this could involve electing trustees by a combination of email and postal votes. Our CIO constitution requires 2 independent scrutineers to receive and report on these.
Do you think doing the postal and email votes as well is necessary?
Do you have any suggestions for who these scrutineers could be?
Is anyone else in the same situation? I'm wondering if there's a reciprocal arrangement to be made with officials from a similar-sized charity to be scrutineers? (we have 800 members of which I'd only expect a small fraction to vote)
