Dear All
I am doing a poll on how many charities have separate contract for Senior manager team (different from non senior management team employees) and what it states about TOIL and work time directive.
Can you please share you practice, preferably with org name? (DM if you prefer).

( We are looking to amend SMT contracts so that its states something like they need to do whatever hours it takes to deliver there work but need some basis for that!)
