Hello! Hoping for a bit of advice today. Do members feel that if a trustee gives a regular sizeable donation to the charity on whose board they serve, they should declare it as a conflict of interest?Â
I'm asking because the CEO and chair would know about the donation and might give more weight to the views of that trustee than equally. I'm asking in a casual sense rather than expecting anyone to give me a legal position so it would be great to hear thoughts. Thanks!
