Given that the organisation has fewer than 21 staff, pays its employees reasonably well, and is still working towards financial stability while building its reserves, is recognising a union necessary at this stage? Or would it be more prudent to allow more time for the organisation to be more financially stable before considering formal recognition, even if 50% of the employees want the union recognised?
