Happy Friday Charity Connect Community,
We have a valued team member who recently completed a Master's degree at a UK university and is now working with us. This individual is an integral part of our team, and we're keen to retain their services for as long as possible. We're seeking advice regarding the sponsorship of a work Visa for an overseas citizen in the UK whose Graduate Route visa will expire in December 2025.
Has anyone in our community had experience with this process or can offer guidance on sponsoring work Visas for international employees? Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Glyn :)
