I love being the 'go to' person for all things comms & brand but, I'm very aware that our fundraising, research and policy teams are growing and their demands upon the 1.5 person comms team are getting a bit much. I want to ensure comms is top notch, but doesn't require as much input from us. Can anyone share tactics? Do you have drop in comms advice surgeries as I know some big charities have? Have you produced guidance to upskill your team? Would love to hear your approaches!
