Hi, I have spent the last 30 years building and running management consultancy and supply chain businesses. Typically this has involved establishing profitable activity together with appropriate governance and commercially advantageous supply / logistics operations, in both public and private sector roles. In terms of scale, this is usually international, typically £500m to multi £bn. I have held predominantly company Director and Chairman roles, together with personal accountability in environments governed by the FCA, hence am familiar with various governance needs.
