This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
4 ladies have just resigned from our small board of Trustees due entirely to the new Chair. He filed paperwork with the Charity Commission installing himself as Chair some 26 days before we voted him in. He views policy and procedure as guidelines and has told us we are all negative and unhealthy. At a loss to understand why some have stayed.Â
Does anyone have a view re filing to say you are Chair before voted in please? We are an unincorporated charity.
