Benchmarks for diversity in the charity sector

Teck Kua FD at ParentKind Posted 6 years ago

Hi, We have recently completed a recruitment round and found that we attracted 90% female and 30% BAME applicants.

Is this a common trend in this sector? Would anyone willing to share their staff profile with us as a benchmarking exercise?

Regards

Teck
