I am wondering how different organisations manage recording board meetings minutes. Thing I'm particularly asking myself about are:
- who is responsible for taking the minutes
- how do you record them - more in detail or general points?
- do you get someone external to do the transcription.
It's a really time-consuming task for us at the moment and I'm wondering how we can make it more effective yet record what's necesary? Any thoughts would be really appreciated.
