Hi, I'm CEO of a CIC, due to become a Charity this year.
We've been run voluntarily for the last 5 years, but now have 2 5 year projects we are a part of with a substantial budgeting level and I am struggling to figure out, how we can use this budget/split this budget to pay for a core team during these times.
Can anyone help?
