Can anyone recommend a reputable IFA?

Our charity has an endowment, and we are exploring taking out a mortgage to fund a purchase of agricultural land instead of drawing down the endowment. Our investment manager tells us that the total return on the endowment is likely to be 5% at most, whilst the mortgage is 2% + base rate.

Can anyone recommend a reputable IFA to support our Trustees' decision to borrow or to draw down our investment to fund the purchase?
