Can we still have a Virtual AGM after September?

We are like many both a Charity and a Limited Company. Our AGM is in November, present guidelines says we can have a virtual AGM until the end of September 2022. I cannot find any further guidance. In Australia for example they have passed the ability to have virtual AGMS into Law. Is anyone aware of any further guidance ( a link please) around AGMs that would help us, we want to be virtual but also to conduct with good governance.

Yes Simon is correct, it needs to be written in to your governing document. You can amend your governing document to allow you to do this, but possibly not in time for this year's AGM.
