CIC email hosting services? (When CICs are ineligible for CharityDigital)

Hi everyone!
I'm doing some work for the Psychosis Therapy Project. We provide free & low-cost psychotherapy to vulnerable communities with complex Mental Health needs.
It's been incredibly frustrating to discover that as a CIC we are ineligible for charitydigital.co.uk, which is effectively the gatekeeper for nonprofit access to platforms such as Office365 and G-Suite.
I was wondering how other CICs have dealt with this, and if anyone with knowledge of these things could point me towards any email hosting services that operate a non-profit scheme that CICs would be eligible for.
