This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
We are a Charity in Cornwall that runs a village hall based on a 1957 constitution. Unfortunately we cannot establish if the Parish Council is a Custodian or Sole Charity Trustee. The land registry just says Trustee. Different advice supports both.
Will the Charity Commission be able to advise and how long should they take to respond? What should our response be if they are the Sole Trustee but have not been complying with what they should do? Many thanks.
