Hi Everyone,
I would like to ask for some recommendations please on good and easy to use CRM platforms for a small charity.
The main requirements would be for volunteer management, communications and stats. Donor management is important, but not as important as the volunteer management. Ideally we would like it to sync with outlook and mailchimp.
From looking at reviews online, many charity/non-profit CRM's mention donation management, but very little is mentioned about volunteer management.
Currently we are using the free non-profit version of Salesforce. Despite the many good things about Salesforce, we are finding aspects of it frustrating, we lack training for it and it is not obvious how to do certain reports. Reading reviews online shows that perhaps non-profit salesforce is aimed for much larger charities (£10m+) and that you need training.
I'm open to suggestions, so if you're from a small charity please let me know what CRM's work for you and any to avoid.
Thanks so much 😀
