Do registered CIOs officially need a Treasurer and Secretary on their board?

Hi everyone,
We have an interim Chair of Trustees, and have had Treasurer and Secretary roles in the past but are moving more to using AI (and checking it thoroughly) for our meeting minutes and sharing the agenda compiling and document pre-reads etc between the board, so I am now not sure we need to legally have these two roles?
We have four or five general Trustees on our Board and the Interim Chair as well as a Bookkeeper and Accountant for the financial reporting and compliance. My online research suggests that there is no legal obligation to have these specific roles so I am leaning to having the Chair and then Trustees with specific skills, not specific roles.
