Posting to share some resources that I've been putting together to help simplify impact practice for those working in non-profits.
I've worked with a lot of smaller charities who seem to avoid focusing on outcome / impact measurement because they think it requires PhDs or pricey consultants if it's to be done well. I just want to help people realise they can do some great stuff themselves without all of that. And without taking too much time and resource away from frontline delivery.
