We are restructuring our Community, sports and leisure centre so that there is one person in charge running the centre who reports into the board of Trustees. 

We were thinking Business Manager (i.e. running the business) but now wondering if that is a good fit for a charity?

For background the charity is a community centre with approx 8 rooms for hire, conference centre and Sports centre which has tennis courts, bowls, football, play area, cycle speedway etc.  There are around 16 employees and the person will have marketing, events, bookings secretary, facilities manager, caretakers etc working for them.  Historically the Facilities manager and the Sports and leisure managers jointly ran this.
