Hi all, just a quick question. Our charity bank account hs received a couple of payments that simply read: HMRC Charities, [our HMRC Charities no]. Does anyone know off hand if this is how Gift Aid shows or if it might be something else?Â
Also, we're having trouble accessing our HMRC account as they won't tell us who the authorised person is on the account (it was set up before my time) to allow us to update details and access... any recommendations on best way to deal with them? Helpline and webchat have been very unhelpful.
