I work for a global NGO and we are looking at reaching out to values-aligned global celebrities to help raise our profile. We have a strong following in the UK, and a number of high profile supporters here, but are struggling to connect with people on an international level - partly due to brand awareness, but also due to capacity issues and connections. 

I wondered if anyone has any recommendations for freelancers or agencies that can help connect with global celebrities, particularly in the EU? We have access to The Handbook but never have much response from the contacts there and I wondered if there are any experts who just deal with celebrity engagement that we could potentially work with?
