Good morning, community!
We are planning to go out to tender for an outsourced IT managed service provider in the coming months, however we don't have the expertise in-house to know what we should be asking for. Has anyone used an IT broker to support their organisation with this type of process that they would recommend? Also, if anyone is super happy with their current IT managed service provider, could you please send me their information so that we can consider inviting them to tender?
