Any companies that help with Google Workspace?

Hi all,
We're a small organisation with a max. of £100k turnover, and we currently pay an accountant £80/month for their work. We're not getting the best service at the moment, and we we're wondering if anyone here might have some recommendations for us, re: charity bookkeepers/accountants.
Also, what should we be expecting to pay for accounting services, such as payroll (for up to 3 employees), independent examination, and handling of receipts and invoices?
At the moment we are using Xero for our accounts, and Hubdoc for uploading receipts/invoices.
