Try googl search and you'll see examples. Lawdepot and rocket lawyer seem good. NDA documents aren't particularly long to review so do check which one is suitable.

I prefer using template from these types of companies as they are maintained. There are free ones. on gov.uk but looks like it's from 2015.

Finally, you need to be clear if it's a 1-way or 2-way NDA.
