Hi all
I hope you are well.
I am currently working on a project to revamp our recruitment process, from the first enquiry right through to their induction and beyond.
Obviously, working in the charity sector means that budget is very tight. Does anybody have any tips about what works for them? Also, a large number of our new starters are field based so don't see a lot of the organisation from week to week which can make things a little trickier.
I'm interested to hear how other charities do it and what has worked.
