Seeking guidance for my HR journey

HR

Veranika Cherviakova TNK (UK) Limited Posted 1 year ago

Hi Everybody!
I have a dream of becoming a hr professional one day. I have a CIPD qualification and I have landed a people and culture manager volunteer role in a start-up to get experience. I have 0 experience now but really want to develop and ready to learn to be a good hr volunteer.
So, the founder asked how I see my development, what ideas I have and what I want to start with in this position. I feel a bit lost. I've always been said what to do and no one ever asked about my ideas. I feel like we still need someone experienced to help us? Or do you think it's possible to work on my own? Any ideas/ recommendation are very welcome!
