Hi,

Being in a smaller organisation we don't have, and can't afford a dedicated staff member to moderate and answer questions to our supporters through our social media accounts. Increasingly we are seeing that our supporters want to communicate with both each other and us in this way. I am exploring recruiting volunteer moderators to take on this role on behalf of the charity. I know this is a successful model across charities already.

Do you have experience of this approach? If you do I have lots of questions! Any insights would be super helpful!
