Can anyone share with me a template they use for paper based standing order authority letters? I want to be really confident that if someone fills it out and we present it to the bank, it will be accepted. I've seen one example, but with most things being done online, they admitted they hadn't used a paper copy in over 5 years and therefore couldn't be sure most banks today would accept it. And from experience, do you post it to your bank (the payee) or to the bank of the person filling out the form (the payer)?

Appreciate any advice around this, as we haven't dealt with paper-based forms like this in years!
