Wondering if any one has a procedure document around trustee appointments or similar? Our constitution covers the key rules but we're looking to put together a procedures document that expands on it, with some detail about how decisions are made around when to invite new trustees, how to agree on appointments, and procedures when a chair/treasurer role etc. becomes vacant.
Also interested to hear what other things people include if they have a similar document.
I have checked the google drive and there are some things there but not quite what I'm looking for.
