This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
A member of staff has made allegations about the way the charity is run. We do not know what the motivation is for this as we are genuinely unaware of any wrongdoing. But in the interest of good governance and transparency the board want to conduct an investigation led by an external party - whatever the outcome, we are sure there are lessons we can learn.
Does anyone have any idea how to appoint a suitable person? The allegations of hydra including employment and financial practice. We think we might be looking for someone with legal expertise.
