Hi All
I am soon going to attend an interview for my first trustee role. I don't know what to expect and it will be great help if more experienced trustees can share what to prep for this interview which I guess will be much different from all the job interviews I have had so far.
Currently I intend to read about the organisation, ask for their strategic plans if they will be willing to share, give a thought to where I can contribute, read about responsibilities of trustees and any challenges I anticipate. Any other thoughts?
