We are at a crossroads with a few staff leaving and we are looking at reshaping what we need in today's digital age.
What system roles does a charity need to look after the existing and the new technology?

What tech/ system role types do you have in your organisation?  Business Analyst (with SQL/ Bus Objects), IT Service Manager(s), ERP System Administrators and Digital Marketing Manager (with SEO & Insights tools) and IT Project Managers etc.
