Hi all.  I am exploring what we would be in for if our charity was to engage a bookkeeper to handle our day to day finances.  I am wondering if anyone here knows what the going rate is, and if a day a week is realistic for a charity with 8-10 staff and £250-£300K turnover for bookkeeping, payroll, bill payments, invoice generation and EOY liaison with our accountants?  Any information, experience or links (or even to promote your own services) would be welcome.  I want to make sure we're asking the right thing and being realistic before we go trawling the Yellow Pages, or whatever it is you young people do these days!
