Hi all,
I wanted to ask for your thoughts on something we are looking to do but wanted to make sure it was a good idea before we do anything else and get your thoughts on how we could do it.

We are in the position where we have 20 laptops (good specs and were used as companies laptops) that we are no longer using and wish to give them out to charities. These laptops are second-hand and were used by businesses as work devices. All in good working order with chargers and windows software ready to access. BUT they are second hand so may have some marks on them.
Now to make it is as fair as possible, we were thinking for charities and groups that may want 1 or 2 or more, to apply by answering a few questions and we will have a small panel of independent reviewers to score the applications on their own merit.
Or are we best to do a prize draw?
Any thoughts on how charities and groups could "apply" and without making it a longer process would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Luke
