Will we be falling foul of the Gift Aid rules?

We charge £20 per annum for membership of our charity. We hold several talks each year and we are thinking of tiering our pricing. £11 for members and £13 for non-members for each event.
Is the £2 discount going to be an issue, especially as members attend several events over the year? specifically 3.21?
