Hello I'm Clare and I run Clear as a Bell, I guide charities to embed change more quickly and smoothly by harnessing the power of people to new ways of working.

My unique framework, #MakingRoom, a blend of training, coaching, facilitation and consultancy is based on a career setting up new functions to bring transformational change in ways of working to different organisations:  

- the first Prospect Research service at the Children's Society, back in 2008,
- the first Insight team at Christian Aid in 20212
- the first Insight and Evaluation team at the House of Commons in 2017
- introduced a theory of change with impact measures to World Villages for Children in 2021, where I'm a proud trustee for fundraising and impact.
- Introduced a Train the Trainer programme and wrote new teaching materials at various insitutions where I taught languages (way back when...)
