My career experience covers managing of social care and community projects since 2008 and recently have been successfully transforming projects and service delivery to become efficient and effective, meeting KPI outcomes and outputs as well as reducing costs. I have experience of managing teams in mental health and older people settings as well as community youth and ESOL projects. I am a collaborative leader and keen to explore new ideas and interventions, piloting and testing projects as well as conducting research in to effects of poverty and loneliness in recent years.
I have ten years of retailing with WH Smith which I use as a basis of customer service and draw on this to help develop aspirational teams to deliver their projects. I managed the development of a Heritage Lottery Fund project based on local engagement using Toynbee Halls history and heritage as the original university settlement.
