My role is involved in the recruitment, induction, training and retention of volunteers to ensure that all hospice departments are supported by a volunteer workforce. I'm here to ensure that the contribution of volunteers is maximised and celebrated, whilst developing opportunities for volunteers to gain skills, input ideas and give feedback throughout their volunteer experience.
