I take what I do very seriously, but not myself.  A passionate volunteer for 40 years, the free Charity Excellence Framework online toolkit enables any charity to improve its impact, financial resources and overall perforamnce, in every area.  The toolkit, its resources and Quality Mark are all free.  I'm also a gym rat, a rabbit whisperer and belong to the global movement for Random Acts of Kindness.  Less interestingly, I'm an experienced CEO and chair, with particular expertise in leadership, strategy, managing change, business planning, finance, income generation, HR and governance. I hold an MSc in Corporate Management and qualifications in finance & accounting, and fundraising, and am an experienced facilitator and leadership coach.
