Spent more than a decade in the charity sector both as a volunteer and as a professional employee. My main experience was in the areas of youth development, work-related learning, enterprise education and mentoring.

Currently in the process of launching a Global Reality Test. The purpose of this is to both get an accurate as possible view of the problems we see in the world, but more importantly to develop the leaders capable of bringing together the people, skills, information and resources required to make a significant impact.

Id be looking to build relationships with charity professionals keen to be part of an ongoing feedback loop that is assessing where resources are most needed and/or those who want to build the resource base to do more than they currently are.
