My name is Joanne and I work for Engaging Networks a digital technology platform that offers clients everything they need to successfully raise more money and win more campaigns.
The Engaging Networks platform includes email & SMS automation, donation pages, petition actions, emails to targets, membership, ecommerce, peer to peer fundraising and a powerful data engine. We handle thedigital interactions and then sync the digital supporters and transactions in the CRM/database of record.
Before I joined Engaging Networks I spent fifteen months working at Asthma UK. We used the platform and absolutely loved it as we were able to do a lot in a relatively short space of time! We delivered:
- A campaign signed by over 100,000 people to scrap unfair asthma prescription charges that combined a petition and email your MP actions.
- Lots of automated email journeys, including a welcome campaign based on a supporters connection to asthma.
- The launch of a new virtual event (P2P), The Asthma UK Step Challenge.
- New flexible email templates that are based on Engaging Networks page builder functionality so can be used for multiple purposes.
- Mobile responsive, multi-step payment forms integrated with RSM2000 and PayPal, which are really customisable.
Engaging Networks work with over 400 charities in 50 countries meaning the thinking and development has often been done and it's easy to get campaigns up and running without lots of complex system integrations.
So many times I hear organisations want to deliver a great supporter experience and have great intentions strategically but are let down by technology not quite doing what they want it to. Is this something you experience? If so get in touch, I'd love to chat!
