I am the Founder and a Trustee of Norfolk Clubhouse. The charity was established in June 2019 to bring the International Clubhouse Model of positive mental health promotion to Norfolk.

This model is a way of providing a Membership for life for those with mental health issues (aged from 18 to seniors) to have a place to belong and to return and to take a full and active part in the running of the Clubhouse. These activities include running the administration of the Clubhouse and in running projects such as a Cafe for Members, gardening and allotment activities and also marketing and promotion of the Clubhouse. We also seek to work with local employers and community organisations to provide positive opportunities to access work, training and education for our Members.
