I am an HR & OD senior consultant with more than 20 years of diverse and international experience, 16 years of which I was responsible for building and managing teams. My most recent achievement was developing and leading the people and culture function in Human Appeal; a British INGO partnering with UN agencies and working in more than 16 countries across the world delivering Humanitarian and Developmental aid. Serving as the People & Culture Director allowed me to develop and lead a globally dispersed and vastly diverse team to deliver on all the HR functions.
My main passion for people and leadership development coupled with my believe that you cant develop what you cant measure, lead me to get trained, certified and accredited as an assessor by Korn Ferry, SHL and A&DC on the simulation and psychrometric tools, which I used for the last 11 years to lead and participate in assessment & development centres for thousands of candidates internationally across most business sectors and management levels up to CEOs and VPs, guiding them through feedback on their strengths and development points then setting a development plan for them to follow.
One of my main strength points is project management which started as a specialisation in my Civil Engineering BSc degree. Then I further studied Prince 2 applying its methodology across most of my previous roles, especially while working as a senior consultant in Jobmaster Group; which is one of the top HR consulting firms in the Middle East managing clients as Coca Cola, Vodafone, Orange, GSK and McDonalds. As well as in my current role, working for a British charity and delivering on requirements for a highly governed charity sector.
