I am founding director of a small consultancy called Red Pencil. Our team works with organisations that bring about change in the world  in the UK and overseas.

We have worked with amazing organisations to help save lives in developing countries, protect nature, build communities, reduce crime, engage people in arts and make sure that people with disabilities have the right support. Weve not saved a donkey (yet)  but we love what we do.
